From former convent to hotel

The monumental complex of the former Convent of St. Clare, of the Order of the Poor Clares, dates back to the year 1498.The Convent remained so until the end of the 19th century, when the cloistered institution, to which the Poor Clares belonged, was abolished.Around 1940 the building became an elementary school. In 1990, following renovation work, the former convent was transformed into a receptive structure.
